actually, you can use the video converter because many of them have the option of changing the size of the videos, i used the mediacoder because i wanted to make a youtube video bigger for my project. try it and don't get upset if sometimes it doesn't output a folder it does this sometimes. you can download it for free from the internet. or else try searching for a %26quot;resizing video software free download%26quot; and you just might find your stuff
