How do you transfer your videos onto itunes, when dragging, importing and file changes dont work?

So im trying to import some videos (from Aqua Teen to Iron Man) onto itunes but its not working. Dragging didnt work, importing didnt work and changing to a .mpg format didnt work (i got 3 vids on in that format but not the others, and dont blame name size because all are shortened).
