How can I convert a PDF file that is to high to a lower file 1.3 or 1.4?

I have tried to upload a document to a printer and they have said that the PDF compatibility level is too high. Supported PDF versions are PDF 1.3 and PDF 1.4 (Acrobat 4, 5 and 6).



It appears to have been saved in Acrobat 7. I do not have a full version of Adobe to convert it.

apparently it can be changed when you save the file...If you are using Acrobat 7 or higher you will need to save your file at a lower PDF compatibility level. Use File -%26gt; Reduce File Size ... or Advanced -%26gt; PDF Optimizer ... commands to change PDF compatibility level. use bittorrent, download a cracked version of acrobat 7, do as described, upload - bob's your father's brother!
