The first is simple, import the video into Windows movie maker, drag it to the timeline, click File%26gt;Save Movie File, choose the location, and when it asks about video quality, select %26quot;more options%26quot; then %26quot;best fit to filesize%26quot; and put in 99MB or however much you want (if you use filefactory.com to send it you can make the video up to 299MB).



The second is to put the file in a split archive. Download and install winrar (see sources), right click the video and click %26quot;add to archive%26quot;. in the options specify %26quot;Store%26quot; as the compression method and where it says %26quot;split to volumes, bytes%26quot; but in 100000000 for yousendit or 300000000 for filefactory. This will create 2-4 new files that contain the video.
