How do i shirnk a image file size? without converting to JPEG etc?

I need to change the file image size because it's too large for uploading onto youtube. I've tried converting to png, gif, jpeg, but either the quality is ruined or it just doesn't work still.

Without converting to other formats.. there is no way to reduce size.

Currently which format isit? There are different options in converting to jpeg , without loosing any pixel quality. you should know that how to do.. try it out.. or send me the current format u use.
