Quite often, the GIFs I like are too big for places like message boards, etc. I'd like to be able to change the file size. Is there software out there that will do this?How do I change the size of an animated GIF file?
you can use Adobe Imageready, Ulead GIF, or the GIF Costruction Set/How do I change the size of an animated GIF file?
There's a free version of Ulead Gif Animator somewhere out there that will do that.
