Can you change the File Size of a Flip Video Camera Recording?

I have a Flip Video Ultra Series, but I've noticed that when I record something on there, the files seem too big. For example, yesterday I recorded a 0:45 Second Video, when I plugged the Camera into the Computer, it showed it as 13:04:48 on the file. Then, I don't know if this is OK, but the File Size is shown at 24.1 MB for that 45 Second Video. On that same video this is how it's shown on the Computer:

Type: Windows Movie

Duration: 13:04:48

Bit Rate: 177 KBPS

Dimensions: 640 X 480

Size: 24.1 MB

So, is there any way to change that, or is that just how the Camera is?Can you change the File Size of a Flip Video Camera Recording?
There is no way to change the file size of captured clips via the Flip or the Flipshare software.

This is what you can do to make videos smaller when recording:

Static backgrounds and less movement - the reasoning is that video encoding needs more space with more motion

To change the file size of videos you are going to need some kind of video compression and maybe resize the video.

My favorite video resizing app is a tool that comes with the Cowon MediaCenter (JetAudio)

That's how the camera is and 24,1 MB is pretty small.

Some camcorders record on ACDHV for 1min it's around 2000MB
