I have to scan in my transcripts but the files are too large for site's folders. I have tried everything they suggested on the FAQ page to no avail. I am using an all-in-one HP printer with a scanner. There is no option to change the pixels on the scan menu, I've tried changing it in the pdf file but it isn't working. Please help. There is an option to change the dpi in the scan I think. Near the %26quot;Acccept%26quot; button in the preview screen.
Not sure if it's on yours but it should be. Don't know if dpi actually helps but never mind.
