i know the problem, i wanted to send a video to my friend but it was more then 10 mb it was 20 mb so i put it to 7mb. so what you do is you have to cut some parts off that you don't need, example if you said a silly thing that you don't want to be there then split the clip and cut it it off by using windows movie maker and i couldn't believe this at first i split a part off that was only 3 seconds when i removed it my 20 mb video became to 7mb. i Hope that helped you and if you don't know, how to split clips and cut it off ill give you a site. here. When you go on the site look on cutting clips in half and read it, and trimming clips is good to look at, it's below cutting clips in half. so if you done it and you got alot of seperated clips, you can now make it all in one by clicking save to computer on the left of your screen saying finishing movie, first thing that comes up is the name write the name of what you want. click next and you see settings there dont worry click next again and then you will be converting it to your computer, it will be going to your folder %26quot;my videos%26quot;How do I change the size of a video file, with my Canon A470 digital camera ?
You can lower the resolution on the camera by changing the setting...pixel x pixel....or run it through a program like adobe's to change the file type....or compress itwith zip or something.

I need help making a file size change?

i have a pdf file that was originally a psd. i work on this file in photoshop but the problem is the file is so big. its 9.7 mb. it takes forever to open and sometimes i cant even set it up online. its a poster and its pretty big and with high quality images. any advice on how to make the file size smallerI need help making a file size change?
high quality images always take the largest size. you can choose less quality images or save them as jpg(it is less in size than bmp images) or gif files (least size but not so good quality.)I need help making a file size change?
well not if you want to keep the high quality and high resolution. If not, you can use File-%26gt;Save As.. to save as .jpg, then convert the JPG files to a more usable size and quality, then create the PDF again with the new files. This would require the professional version of Adobe Acrobat though, you can't edit the PDF files without it.I need help making a file size change?
A .png of the ORIGINAL artwork may be smaller than a .jpg and, unlike a .jpg, .png files are lossless (you don't lose quality).I need help making a file size change?

compress it to a different format using a video editing software or just a converting program

How can i change the file size of my mp3 from 4,500 kb to 900 kb??what kind of application do i need?

If you have an audio program like %26quot;Music match juke box%26quot; you can %26quot;recode%26quot; the MP3 to a lower quality bitrate to reduce size, but you WILL see a noticeable drop in quality from a 4.5mb file to a 0.9mb one.

How can I change the file size of a .PDF file? I want to make it smaller, but 1/3 to 1/2?

It is usually the size of the images in the original that make a large pdf file. Go back to your original document and edit your images to make them smaller, then recreate your pdf.

NOTE: You may want to make a copy of the original, calling it Orig-2 or something, and then just edit the images in the copy of the original - this way you can have both the larger and the smaller files.

how to change size of files into gigabyte in order to protect copy and putting these files on cd 700mb Changing file size to gigabyte
Gather a big number of those files and use a compression program like winRAR or 7ZIP and create a password protected copy of those files of yours.

Burn that on a CD.

Only you can open that backup copy or someone to whom you gave the password.
