How can i fix this font size problem ?

how can i change the font size of my computer file ?? it suddenly change itself automatically

i don't know how to describe it so i just post a screen shot.How can i fix this font size problem ?
start menu%26gt; control panel%26gt; appearance and personalization%26gt; personalization%26gt; then on the top left it'll say %26quot;adjust font size (dpi) ...click that and restore to default..... 8DHow can i fix this font size problem ?
